ASIAN FLAVOURS COOKING CLASS

A journey designed to take you around the Asian kitchen. This superb cooking class gives you the confidence and techniques to try a range of Asian greens and noodles, plus ingredients to expand your Asian pantry - great sauces, spices and herbs which will change how you flavour your food. We cook a series of Asian dishes and demonstrate several varieties of Asian greens. Comprehensive notes and recipes are provided to allow you to easily reproduce these at home.

Note: recipes change according to season and may include for example a 100 year old recipe from Hanoi, or other favourites from Vietnam, fast and flavour-punched Thai or Malay hawker dishes, and tastes from Szechwan or Quangdong provinces China.

By appointment
Cost pp: $70 incl. gst
(for bookings of 10)
