Jennifer Yee is an Auckland based Asian food specialist and freelance food writer. She is also a food technologist, nutritionist and food judge which makes her one of the most technically qualified food people involved in culinary tourism. Her culinary journeys venture, established in 1996, has taken hundreds of food enthusiasts behind the scenes on visits to artisan food producers, winemakers and other unique food industry enterprises. Jenny contributes to NZ House & Garden magazine and Divine, food & wine, and has published two books with Random House. "Discovering Asian Ingredients" is a handbook on how to choose and cook with over 100 different Asian ingredients and "Chow down & Chill Out" with fast Asian recipes for busy people.
