To make an e-booking, e-mail jennyy@ihug.co.nz with the name of the journey you wish to join, the number of places you wish to book and your phone number (daytime and A/H). We will contact you to confirm the booking and discuss payment options.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking and this is required before the class or tour. Please make cheques payable to Food Concepts & Design Ltd. For group bookings of 10 or more, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking and the balance of payment is required 7 days before the commencement of the class.

Cancellations: If you book but are unable to attend for whatever reason, you can send someone in your place. Cancellations 7 days prior to a class can be credited to another class or tour.
